THE FOUNDERS

WRA Business & Real Estate was born from the union of two determined dreamers: Thiago and Debora Ataide — a couple who turned challenges into opportunities and, together, built one of the leading references in Florida’s real estate market.

The journey began simply. Thiago arrived in the United States with the desire to provide a better future for his family. He worked as a pizza shop attendant, car washer, and newspaper delivery driver — never losing faith. By his side was always Debora, his wife, partner, and main source of balance.

It was Debora who encouraged him during moments of doubt, who organized the first steps of the business, and who took on the leadership of operations when everything was still uncertain.

Her strategic vision, discipline, and strong sense of organization were essential in turning Thiago’s vision into reality.

While Thiago stood out in prospecting, sales, and inspiring leadership, Debora built the foundation behind the scenes: structuring processes, managing the company’s financial health, overseeing contracts, and taking care of the team.

Her role was — and continues to be — essential for WRA to grow with stability, professionalism, and trust.

Today, WRA is made up of a group of companies operating across multiple areas: buying and selling real estate, property management, construction, notary services, real estate education, commercial, business, and auction services.

And all of this has only been possible thanks to the couple’s shared vision — Thiago with the drive of leadership, and Debora with the solid foundation that sustains growth.
